Global Hair Centre Dubai provides the following medical and cosmetic hair restoration services:

All procedures are performed by DHA-licensed, board-certified surgeons. The specific treatment recommended for each patient will be determined following an individual trichological assessment and clinical evaluation.

5. Consultations
5.1 Free Consultation
We offer a complimentary initial trichological consultation. This consultation is an assessment and advisory session, it does not constitute a binding agreement to proceed with any treatment.
5.2 Consultation Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your medical history, medications, allergies, and any previous hair-related treatments during your consultation. Failure to do so may affect your treatment outcome and safety, and the Clinic cannot be held responsible for complications arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.
5.3 Second Opinions
We respect your right to seek second opinions before proceeding with any procedure.
6. Appointments & Bookings
6.1 Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online contact form. A confirmation will be sent to you by our team within 24 hours.
6.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations
- We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of consultations.
- For scheduled procedures, we request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
6.3 Clinic’s Right to Reschedule
In exceptional circumstances (including medical emergencies, staff unavailability, or force majeure events), we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer the earliest available alternative date.
7. Pricing, Payments & Deposits
7.1 Pricing
All treatment prices are provided during your consultation based on your individual assessment, graft count, and chosen technique. Prices quoted on our website or in marketing materials are indicative ranges only and are subject to change.
7.2 Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your procedure date. The deposit amount will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation made with less than the required notice period (see Section 6.2), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3 Full Payment
Full payment for the procedure is due on or before the day of your treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as communicated by our team.
7.4 No Hidden Fees
We are committed to transparent pricing. Any additional costs (such as aftercare products or supplementary treatments) will be communicated to you clearly before they are incurred.
8. Pre-Operative & Post-Operative Responsibilities
8.1 Patient Responsibilities Before Treatment
You agree to:
- Follow all pre-operative instructions provided by our clinical team
- Disclose all current medications, supplements, and medical conditions
- Refrain from alcohol, blood-thinning medications, and smoking as advised
- Arrive at the clinic on time and in a suitable condition for the procedure
8.2 Patient Responsibilities After Treatment
You agree to:
- Follow all post-operative care instructions provided by your surgeon
- Attend all scheduled follow-up appointments
- Contact our clinic promptly if you experience any unexpected symptoms or complications
- Refrain from activities restricted during the recovery period (e.g., strenuous exercise, swimming, direct sun exposure) as advised
Non-compliance with pre- or post-operative instructions may adversely affect your results and safety. The Clinic cannot be held responsible for outcomes affected by failure to follow clinical guidance.
9. Complications & Risks
All medical and surgical procedures carry inherent risks. Our surgeons will explain the potential risks and complications specific to your procedure during your consultation, and you will be asked to sign an informed consent form prior to any treatment.
Common risks associated with hair transplant procedures may include, but are not limited to:
- Temporary swelling, redness, or itching in the treated area
- Temporary shock loss (shedding of transplanted hairs in the first weeks)
- Minor scarring at the donor or recipient site
- Infection (rare, managed with prescribed aftercare)
- Variable or unexpected growth density
In the event of a complication, please contact our clinic immediately. We are committed to supporting our patients through their recovery and will provide appropriate clinical follow-up.
10. Refund Policy
10.1 Pre-Procedure Cancellation
- Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice before a scheduled procedure: deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice: deposits are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply, at the Clinic’s discretion.
10.2 Post-Procedure
Due to the nature of medical procedures, we do not offer refunds once a procedure has been performed. If you have concerns about your results, please contact our team so we can arrange an appropriate clinical review.
10.3 Unsatisfactory Results
We are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for every patient. If you are not satisfied with your results, we encourage you to attend a follow-up consultation with your surgeon. Decisions about any corrective measures will be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our clinical team.
11. Photography & Marketing Consent
We may request your consent to use your before-and-after photographs, testimonials, or case study information for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. This consent is entirely voluntary and separate from your medical consent.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting us at info@globalhairdubai.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any previously published materials.
